No. The whole point of flow nz is to work with what you've already got — ServiceM8, simPRO, Xero, Gmail, whatever it is. We build the automations around your existing setup, not the other way around. If something you're using doesn't have an integration, we'll tell you upfront.
Most setups are running within a week or two of the discovery call. It depends on how many automations we're building and how many tools we're connecting — but we test on real jobs before anything goes live, so you're not guessing when it goes live.
No lock-in contracts. If you want to stop the monthly care plan, just let me know. The automations we built are yours — they stay set up and keep running. You just won't have someone maintaining and adding to them.
Not at all. You don't touch any of the automation setup — that's what you're paying for. Once it's running, you'll barely notice it's there, except that the follow-ups are going out and the reviews are landing. If you ever want to change something, just message me directly.
